水旋式喷漆房中试试验研究

摘要 简要介绍了水旋式喷漆房的工作原理,并通过试制的一套中试装置开展中试试验。通过在循环水中添加一定量筛选后的改性絮凝剂,中试试验的结果表明,漆雾改性絮凝剂对漆雾有较好的捕捉效果,试验数据表明净化效率均高达97%以上。通过此项中试试验,对水旋式喷漆房有了进一步的了解,同时,筛选得到的漆雾改性絮凝剂为解决漆雾的高效捕捉具有重大意义。 This paper briefly introduced the working principle test was carried out through the trial production of a pilot plant of the water-whirling spraying chamber, and the pilot By adding a certain amount modified flocculant after screening in circulating water, the pilot test results showed that using modified fiocculant to capture the paint mist has better capture effect, test data showed that the purification efficiency were above 97%. Through the pilot test, further understanding of the novel water-whirling spraying chamber could be achieved.At the same time, it is of great significance to use modified fioccurant after screening to capture the paint mist.
