水旋式喷漆房中试试验研究

简要介绍了水旋式喷漆房的工作原理,并通过试制的一套中试装置开展中试试验。通过在循环水中添加一定量筛选后的改性絮凝剂,中试试验的结果表明,漆雾改性絮凝剂对漆雾有较好的捕捉效果,试验数据表明净化效率均高达97%以上。通过此项中试试验,对水旋式喷漆房有了进一步的了解,同时,筛选得到的漆雾改性絮凝剂为解决漆雾的高效捕捉具有重大意义。
