摘要
针对休闲椅在使用过程中的疲劳损坏问题,结合人机工程学理论设计了一款休闲椅,并建立了三维模型。对休闲椅的疲劳寿命分析的方法进行了归纳,提出了一种基于时间历程载荷的休闲椅疲劳寿命分析方法:根据QB/T 4191-2011标准在ANSYS中进行瞬态力学分析,找出了机械装置中应力较大的杆件;之后在虚拟样机中进行了运动学仿真,校验模型,得出了危险杆件的载荷-时间历程;联合ANSYS和Design Life对危险杆件进行了疲劳寿命分析;最后,制作样机并进行了测试。分析结果表明:测试结果与疲劳分析的结果相符,也验证了该分析方法的准确性,为相关研究分析提供了参考。
Aiming at the problem of fatigue damage of leisure chairs, a leisure chair was designed based on ergonomics theory, and the geometric model was established. Methods to analyze the fatigue life of the leisure chair were summarized, and a method was proposed to analyze the fatigue life based on load time history of leisure chair. Then the transient mechanical analysis of the chair was carried out in ANSYS to find out the bars which stress are larger according to the QB/T 4191-2011 standard. Later, the model was verified and the load time histories of the dangerous bars were obtained in the virtual prototype. And the fatigue life analysis of the dangerous rods was conducted based on ANSYS and Design Life. Finally, the prototype was made and tested. The result shows that the test results are consistent with the results of fatigue analysis, and the accuracy of the method which provides a reference for the related research and analysis is verified.
