发达国家农业知识产权服务体系的运作经验及其借鉴

Operation experience and reference of agricultural intellectual property service system in developed countries

农业知识产权服务体系是促进农业知识产权转化的重要平台。鉴于此,本文通过对美国、日本、韩国3个国家农业知识产权服务体系运作经验的总结,比较其相同之处和差异之处。在比较的基础上,分析了中国当前农业知识产权服务体系的现状,并在借鉴上述国家经验的基础上,提出了完善中国农业知识产权服务体系的相关建议。

The agricultural intellectual property service system is an important platform to promote the transformation of agricultural intellectual property rights. In view of this,this paper summarizes the experience of the operation of agricultural intellectual property service system in three countries of United States,Japan and South Korea,and compares similarities and differences between them. On comparison,this paper analyzes the present situation of China's current agricultural intellectual property service system and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the agricultural intellectual property service system on the basis of the above-mentioned national experience.
