摘要
采用压电雾化喷涂法在聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)膜表面制备了纳米银线导电薄膜。通过控制纳米银线溶液的浓度和压电喷涂的层数,可以很好地控制导电薄膜的光学和电学性能。当银线质量浓度为0.625 mg/mL时,压电喷涂4层所得透明导电薄膜的方块电阻为27.8Ω/sq,可见光透过率在550 nm时为89.0%,表现出最佳的光学和电学综合性能,而且其方块电阻不均匀度为9.1%,表现出良好的均匀性。
Ag nanowire transparent conducting films were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) by piezoelectric spray coating. Both electrical and optical properties of the film can be effectively regulated by controlling the concentration ofAg nanowires (AgNWs) solution and the number of sprayed layers. The film having four layers sprayed with a 0.625 mg/mL AgNWs solution has a sheet resistance of 27.8 f2/sq and a visible-light transmittance of 89.0% at 550 nm, showing an optimal comprehensive optical and electrical performance. The sheet resistance nonuniformity of the film is only 9.1%, indicating that it has a good uniformity.
