莆田市中心城区黑臭河道成因分析及治理对策

Causation and Countermeasures Study on the Black-malodorous River in Central Urban Region of Pu Tian City

基于现状调研,文章从系统工程角度对莆田市中心城区黑臭河道的成因进行研究,并针对现状存在的内外源污染、河道水动力不足、水生态系统退化、管理制度不健全及公众环保意识淡薄等问题,提出了相应的治理对策和制度建设方案。

Based on the investigation,the paper analyzes the causation of black-malodorous river in central urban region of Pu Tian City by system engineering perspective. According to the exiting problems,such as： internal pollution,external pollution,river lacking of hydrodynamic force,degradation of water ecosystems,imperfect management system,and public awareness being lack on environmental protection,the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures and management system development scheme.
