摘要
新型城镇化背景下,规划专业人才培养愈加重视综合能力的培养。人才培养模式也从单一的建筑学科背景为主转向了多学科背景、多类型、多层次的转变。从专注空间规划到关注社会、经济、生态环境等问题,体现出了工程学属性向多领域融合的综合性属性。城乡规划专业学生的核心能力构建是城乡规划人才培养的重要保障,能力的培养源于教学培养的各个阶段。文章基于能力构建进行的教学逻辑思考,以城乡规划本科人才培养目标的六项"能力结构"(前瞻预测能力、综合思维能力、专业分析能力、公正处理能力、共识建构能力、协同创新能力)为导向,思考、探索、调整课程教学体系,重新梳理一条既遵循城乡规划的学科认知过程又遵循学生核心能力提升规律的教学逻辑,形成以技能逻辑、思维逻辑、专业拓展逻辑为导向的规划设计类课程的教学环节逻辑,建立以渐进式能力提升的设计类课程为主线的课程群。
In the context of the new-type urbanization,the personnel training of Urban-rural Planning pays more attention to the comprehensive ability. The pattern? of the personnel training also shifts from the background of simplex architecture toward the multidisciplinary,multi-type and multilevel background,from the attention to spatial planning toward society,economy and ecological environment,andreflects the comprehensive attributes of engineering attributes to multi-domain integration. The core competence-building of the Urban-rural Planning students is the important guarantee of the personnel training,and the cultivation of ability stems from all stages of teaching.This paper is based on the ability construction to carry out teaching logic thinking. Guided by six ability structures( predictive ability,comprehensive thinking ability,professional analytical ability,consensus-building ability,collaborative innovation ability) that are the goals of undergraduate training of Urban-rural Planning,this paper considers,explores and adjusts the curriculum teaching system,rearranges a new teaching logic which not only follows the process of cognition of Urban-rural Planning discipline,but also follows the law of the promotion of students' core competence,forms the teaching logic of planning and design courses led by the logic of technology,thinking and professional development,and establishes the main design courses with gradual capability upgrading.
