摘要
本文运用质量功能展开QFD思想构建二阶质量屋模型,对农民工返乡创业决策中的精益需求、精益因素和精益措施之间的函数关系进行优化,以期将农民工返乡创业决策过程层层演绎并转化为容易识别的指标和措施。在模型中,用三角模糊数作为数据的表现形式,采用集对分析结合欧式距离的方法进行三角模糊数权重的实数化和排序优化。最后运用实例说明了农民工返乡创业决策分析的过程。
This paper applied quality function deployment method (QFD) to establish two- step quality housing model. In the decision making of migrant workers' returning home for entrepreneurship, the functional relationship between lean demands, lean factors and measures is optimized to make the decision process layer upon layer and convert into easily identifiable indicators and measures, in the model, the triangular fuzzy number is used as the representation of data. The method of set pair analysis combined with Euclidean distance is used to translate the indexes into real number and optimize for ranking. Finally, the paper uses an example to explain the decision-making process of migrant workers' returning home for entrepreneurship.
