中部地区高新技术产业外贸竞争力的影响因素与提升对策

The Influencing Factors and Promoting Countermeasures of Foreign Trade Competitiveness of High-tech Industries in the Central Region of China

文章以中部地区高新技术产业为研究对象,利用中部地区1998-2015年省际面板数据实证影响外贸竞争力的主要因素。结果表明:影响中部地区高新技术产业外贸竞争力的主要因素有人均GDP、出口交货值、固定资产投资额、R&D经费强度、金融产业潜力、企业数量、区位熵、对外开放度;各省份由于发展特点与模式的不同导致影响因素不同,其中,河南省为研发投入强度和企业的数量,山西省为人均GDP、出口交货值、对外开放度,湖南省为出口交货值和固定资产投资额,湖北省为出口交货值、固定资产投资额、研发投入强度,安徽省为出口交货值,江西省为产业集聚度。根据实证分析结论,提出中部地区提升高新技术产业外贸竞争力的对策建议。

Based on the high-tech industries in the central region, this paper uses theprovincial panel data from 1998 to 2015 to empirically study the main influential factors of foreign trade competitiveness, the results show that： The main factors which affect the foreign trade competitiveness of high-tech industries in the central region include GDP per capita, export delivery value, fixed assets investment, R＆D expenditure, financial industry potential, the number of enterprises, location entropy and the degree of opening to the outside world; The influential factors in provinces are different because of the different development characteristics and patterns, among them, the main influen- tial factors in provinces are as follows： R＆D expenditure and the number of enterprises in Jiangsu province, GDP per capita, export deliv- ery valueand the degree of opening to the outside world in Shanxi province, export delivery value and fixed assets investment in Hunan province,export delivery value, fixed assets investment and R＆D expenditure in Hubei province, export delivery value in Anhui province, and the degree of industrial agglomeration in Jiangxi province. According to the conclusions of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to promote the foreign trade competitiveness of high-tech industries in the central region.
