摘要
本文通过莫兰指数对我国1997-2015年各省市的民间投资数据进行空间分布检验,发现我国民间投资存在明显的区域差异性,并运用莫兰指数散点图和局部自相关LISA集群图进一步阐释了这种空间差异性.本文运用ZOPP方法分析我国民间投资区域差异产生的原因,并给出三个主要对策:改善投资环境、加强区域间合作和提高政府管理水平.最后以应用层次分析法对三个对策选优排序分析.
In this paper, the authors use the Moran index to test the spatial distribution of the private investment data in different provinces and cities in China from 1997 to 2015, finding out that there are obvious regional differ- ences in private investment in China. The Moran index scatter plot and local autocorrelation LISA cluster diagram are adoptedto further explain thespatial differences. The ZOPP method is adopted to analyze the causes of the re- gional and three main measures are proposed： to improve the investment environment, to strengthen interregional cooperation and improve the level of government management. Finally, AHP is used to analyze the three strategies.
