Studies on the fingerprint of Yuxingcao injection

目的 研究建立鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱分析方法。方法 采用气相色谱法测定鱼腥草注射液挥发性成分。色谱柱为弹性石英毛细管柱 (3 0 m× 0 .3 2 mm× 0 .2 5 μm)。FID检测器程序升温 ,进样口和检测器温度2 5 0℃。结果 建立了鱼腥草注射液指纹图谱分析方法 ,通过方法学考察证实了方法的可行性。结论 本法重现性好 ,方法稳定 。

Objective To establish the fingerprint analytic method of Yuxingcao injection. Method GC was used to analyze the volatile ingredients. Results The fingerprint analytic method was established and the methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability. Conclution The method can be used to analyze Yuxingcao injection.
