摘要
针对数控机床提篮滤网过滤的优化研究,通过对提篮滤网过滤的端盖不平整度进行改进,采取在提篮滤网端盖开割检查/校正孔、改善滤网结构等优化措施,并利用法兰过滤器底部的排水孔使铝屑自动排出,消除了提篮滤网过滤不良引起的刀具折断、烂牙和孔径异常等加工不良;同时,消除了操作员每班清理提篮滤网作业困难的问题,减少了停机工时,提高了生产效率。
The optimization of NC machine tool basket strainer is studied and the unevenness of the improvement on the basket cover through the filter of the end is improved. The basket strainer end cover open cut hole checking/correction, the filter structure improving and other optimization measures are adopted. The drainage hole flange at the bottom of the filter is used to make aluminum scraps discharged automatically, eliminating the tool fracture caused by the bad filter basket strain- er, rotten teeth and abnormal aperture processing. Meanwhile, the difficulty is eliminated for operator per class to clean up the filter basket, down time is reduced, and production efficiency is improved.
