特钢厂轧机机架辊改造研究与应用

摘要 山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司特钢事业部轧机机架辊的故障较多,使用周期短,已经成为制约生产顺行和由此导致维修成本高的重要原因。针对粗轧机和精轧机机架辊因运行故障或出现异常,机架辊设备运行时间短的问题,通过采取保障部件润滑条件和改善设备密封性、机架辊锁紧系统和管路改造等方法,减少了设备故障,使设备的稳定性得到了提高。 There are many faults of rolling mill frame roll of the special steel plant, and using cycle time is short, which has become the important reasons of restricting the direct production and resulting in high maintenance cost. The roll of roughing mill and finishing mill frame is running out of order or abnormal, and the running time of frame roll equipment is short. By adopting the methods of ensuring the lubrication condition of components, improving the tightness of the equipment, the locking system of the roll of the frame and the modification of the pipeline, the equipment failure is reduced and the stability of the equipment is improved.
