摘要
研究旨在比较黄羽肉鸡利用不同产地玉米的生物学效价。选择9个不同产地来源的玉米,测定总代谢能(GE)、粗蛋白(CP)和氨基酸(AA)含量。选用200只25日龄中速型黄羽肉鸡,随机分为10个处理组,每组10个重复,每个重复2只鸡。采用套算法和全收粪法,测定9个产地玉米的表观代谢能(AME)、CP、AA利用率。结果:黄羽肉鸡对9个产地玉米的AME、CP平均利用率分别为13.50 MJ/kg、49.14%,玉米GE和CP变异系数分别为1.52%和3.34%,13种AA变异系数高于10%。9个产地玉米AME为:肥城>乌克兰>枣庄>洛阳>东北>阜阳>沈丘>偃师>湖北;CP消化率为:阜阳>东北>乌克兰>湖北>枣庄>洛阳>肥城>沈丘>偃师;AA消化率占前三位的个数:乌克兰>东北>湖北>阜阳>枣庄>沈丘>肥城>洛阳>偃师。结果表明:中速型黄羽肉鸡的玉米代谢能值低于其它鸡种;相对于GE、CP,玉米AA变异程度较大;黄羽肉鸡对东北和乌克兰玉米的AME和营养物质利用率较高。
This study was aimed to evaluate the biological values of different sources of corns used by yellow-feather chicken. Nine kinds of corns from different sources were determined gross energy (GE), crude protein (CP)and amino acid (AA)content. A total of 200 25-day-age medium-speed yellow-feather chickens were randomly allotted into 10 different treatments with 10 replicates per treatment and 2 birds per replicate. Apparent metabolic energy (AME), CP and AA availability of corns were estimated by total collection and substitution method. The results showed that the average AME and CP availability of 9 different corns were 13.50 MJ/kg and 49.14%. The variation degree of GE and CP content were 1.52% and 3.34%, while 13 kinds of AA contents in corn were higher than 10%. Nine kinds of corns were sorted by AME: Feicheng〉Ukraine〉Zaozhuang〉Luoyang〉Northeast〉Fuyang〉Shenqiu〉Yanshi〉Hubei, which were sorted by CP availability: Fuyang〉Northeast〉Ukraine〉Hubei〉Zaozhuang〉Luoyang〉Feicheng〉Shenqiu〉Yanshi, and which were sorted by AA availability: Ukraine〉Northeast〉Hubei〉Fuyang〉Zaozhuang〉Shenqiu〉Feicheng〉Luoyang〉Yanshi. It was concluded that medium-speed yellow-feather chicken had lower metabolic energy value than other chicken breeds. The variation degree of AA content in corn was much higher than that of GE and CP. Corns from Northeast of China and Ukraine showed higher AME and nutrition availability in yellow-feather chicken.
