摘要
简要介绍了湿法磷酸净化装置水平衡情况。通过新建两类自循环系统、发展2条梯级利用路线和增设1套屋面雨水隔离围堰,有效减少了工艺水和脱盐水的消耗量,降低了废水排放量,实现了系统内水平衡和废水的综合利用,年节约生产成本约780万元。
A brief introduction is given of the water balance condition of purified wet phosphoric acid unit. By constructing two new types of self circulation system, developing two cascade utilization mutes and building a set of roof isolation cofferdam of rainwater, the consumption of process water and desalted water is effectively decreased, and the wastewater discharge amount is reduced. The water balance within the system is achieved and production cost is reduced by about 7.8 million yuan annually.
