摘要
硼是植物生长发育所必需的微量营养元素之一,但传统硼肥(硼砂和硼酸)在常温下溶解速度很慢且溶解度很小。以硼砂和硼酸为原料,采用一锅煮合成法制取四水八硼酸二钠液体产物,试验考察了温度、原料质量比、反应时间、搅拌转速对反应的影响。在合成产物中加入硫酸铜、硫酸锌,制得液体高硼微量元素水溶肥料,微量元素总量超过100 g/L,其中含硼质量浓度达到65 g/L。
The boron is one of necessary micronutrient elements for plant growth and development, but the traditional boron fertilizer, borax and boric acid have slow dissolving speed and very small solubility at normal temperature. Using borax and boric acid as raw material, adopting one- pot synthesis method, liquid product of disodium octaborate tetrahydrate is made, and the effects of temperature, mass ratio of raw materials, reaction time, agitation speed on reaction are studied. By adding copper sulfate and zinc sulfate into synthetic product, the liquid trace element water-soluble fertilizer with high boron content is prepared, the total trace elements are above 100 g/L, among which the boron mass concentration reaches 65g/L.
