摘要 在以煤为原料的合成氨、尿素生产系统中,用于生产尿素的原料CO_2中含有微量的H_2,CH_4等可燃性气体,有可能使尿素装置放空尾气进入爆炸极限范围,因此需对原料CO_2进行脱氢处理,确保装置的本质安全。针对原脱氢技术因加入空气而导致尾气放空量增大、系统消耗增加的问题,用氧气代替空气加入脱氢反应器中。改造后,尾气量减少26.6%,CO_2转化率提高0.6%,系统生产能力提高6.3%,吨尿素氨耗降低1.48 kg。 In ammonia and urea production system using coal as raw material, the raw gas CO2 for urea production contains trace amounts of combustible gases of Hz, CH4, etc., making it possible that the vent tail gas of urea unit may be within explosion limit range, so it is necessary to carry out dehydrogenation treatment of raw gas COs to ensure the intrinsic safety of the unit. In connection with problem of original dehydrogenation technology which adds air and causes the increase of amount of vent tail gas and the increase of system consumption, the oxygen is added to dehydrogenation reactor to replace the air. After the revamp, vent tail gas reduces by 26. 6%, COs conversion rate increases by 0. 6%, system production capacity increases by 6.3%, and ammonia consumption per ton of urea lowers by 1.48 kg.
