摘要
多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化装置利用延迟焦化副产的石油焦进行制浆,同时外购部分水煤浆,两者按一定的比例进行掺烧,在运行初期出现了煤浆泵故障率高、煤浆质量差的问题。通过原因分析并采取相应的措施,使存在的问题得到逐一解决,气化装置的运行周期大幅延长,为拟采用石油焦为原料的气化装置提供了可借鉴的依据。
The slurry made from petroleum coke which was the by-product of delayed coking production and coal-water slurry which was purchased in the market were burned together in the opposed multi-nozzle coal-water slurry gasifier in definite proportion. In the early operating days of the unit, the main problems occured were high failure rate of the coal slurry pumps and poor quality of the coal-water slurry. Through the reason analysis and adopting corresponding measures, the existing problems are solved one by one. The operation time of gasification unit is greatly extended, which provides a referable basis for the unit with petroleum coke as raw material.
