摘要
分子筛吸附器的吸附效果是空分系统正常运行的保障,分子筛进水、CO_2含量超标、阀门泄漏等异常情况均会对空分系统的正常运行产生危害。针对分子筛吸附器在实际运行过程中存在的常见故障,分析其原因并提出解决方法,同时给出优化分子筛吸附器运行的措施。
The adsorption effect of molecular sieve adsorber is essential in ensuring normal functioning of air separation system, while abnormities like water entered molecular sieve, CO2 content exceeded limit, valve leakage, etc. can cause harm to normal operation of air separation system. In connection with common faults existed in actual operation of molecular sieve adsorber, the causes are analyzed and the countermeasures are suggested, at the same time, measures optimizing molecular sieve adsorber operation are proposed.
