新能源汽车技术效能指标体系构建与集成评价 被引量:10

The Index System and Integrated Evaluation on Technology Efficiency of New Energy Vehicles in China

摘要 文章基于新能源汽车产业技术效能的相关数据,对新能源汽车技术效能指标中的安适性、动力性、节能性和操控性进行了梳理,报告了新能源汽车技术效能现状,通过采用网络层次和灰色关联集成评价法方法,展开了四款典型的天然气汽车厂家问卷调查,反映了影响新能源汽车技术效能的问题,有效甄别出影响新能源汽车技术效能的关键指标和一般指标因素;另一方面对四种天然气汽车技术效能进行灰色关联度分析,有效地比照和识别了其技术效能的大小。为提升新能源汽车技术效能,研究提出政策建议:推动政府积极参与引导行业逐渐走向成熟、强化新能源汽车产业链的打造、应该更加重视科研经费的支出、加快推动基础设施的建设。 In this paper, the comfort, power, energy saving and controllability of the new energy vehicle technical efficiency indicators are combed based on the relevant data of technical efficiency of new energy automobile industry, the present situation of techni- cal efficiency of new energy vehicles is reported, the method of network level and grey relation integration evaluation is adopted, a questionnaire survey of four typical natural gas automobile manufacturers is carried out, which reflects the problem of technical efficiency of new energy vehicles, the key indicators and general indicators affecting the technical efficiency of new energy vehicles are effectively screened out. On the other hand, the grey relational analysis of the technical efficiency of four kinds of natural gas vehicles is carried out, it effectively compares and identifies the size of its technical effectiveness. In order to achieve the purpose of improving the technical efficiency of new energy vehicles put forward the following policy recommendations: to promote the government to actively participate in and lead the industry to become mature and strengthen the new energy automotive industry chain to create, should pay more attention to scientific research expenditure, accelerate the construction of infrastructure.
