地方文化产业的“地方性”机制及培育对策研究

Study on "Locality" Mechanism and Cultivation Countermeasure of Local Cultural Industry

伴随全球化的进一步纵深发展、全球互联信息网络的传播以及后现代主义消费亚文化所倡导的"文化商品性"理念的盛行,地方文化产业日益成为振兴地方经济的重要手段,也是面向全球化经济竞争背景下的一种地方智慧和策略。文章以此为背景,以地方文化产业理论为切入点,深入阐释地方文化产业的内涵与特征,对地方文化产业的发展背景、发展机制进行详细分析,并提出了地方文化产业的"地方培育"对策。研究结论认为,地方文化具有"独特性"、"特色性"、"个性化"的内涵,具有文化性、驱动性、经济性等典型发展机制和特征。地方文化产业可以通过地方休闲旅游产业、商业、文化艺术产业等进行在地培育。研究以期为经济发展的地方智慧提供经验与对策。

With spread of global economic integration, transmission of the global information technology, prevailing of mass consumption culture value view and prevalence of culture commodity concept advocated by Postmodern consumer geography, the local cultural industry has increasingly become an important means to revitalize the local economy, as well as a local wisdom and strategy in the background of global economic competition. This paper is based on this background, and adopts the local cultural industry theory as the breakthrough point, to deeply explain the connotation and characteristics of the local cultural industry, and carry out in-depth analysis of the development background and development mechanism of local cultural industry, and puts forward the ＂local cultivation＂ countermeasure of local cultural industry. The research conclusion believes that local culture has the connotation of ＂uniqueness＂, ＂characteristic＂ and ＂individuality＂, and has the typical development mechanism and characteristics, such as culture, driving and economy. Local cultural industries can be cultivated through local leisure tourism industry, commercial, cultural and art industries. This research can provide experience and countermeasure for the local wisdom of economic development.
