摘要
金刚石微粉表面镀覆能够提高其热稳定性、增强其对金属的润湿性和改善表面物理性能,对金刚石微粉的性能提高具有重要意义。综述了适用于金刚石微粉表面镀覆技术的化学镀、溶胶凝胶镀及原子层沉积镀等方法,总结了每种方法的原理、优缺点及研究进展,最后对金刚石微粉表面镀覆进行了展望。
The surface coating is an effective technique for ultrafine diamond and it can improve the thermal stability,wettability to metal and the surface physical property. In this paper,methods including electroless plating,sol-gel plating and atomic layer deposition plating for ultrafine diamond are reviewed. The principle,advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as the research progress are discussed.The research trend of the surface coating for ultrafine diamond is forecasted.
