Seam Opening Construction in 1 000 m Depth Mine Shaft

摘要 淮南潘三矿千米立井深部施工中,需揭穿4-1突出煤层。揭煤前,采用前探释放抽排技术,在距煤层顶板不同法距位置,进行多次探放,使瓦斯含量降到安全范围内,最后顺利通过。简要介绍了揭煤前期准备工作、揭煤施工工艺及揭煤施工安全技术措施。 In the depth section construction of a 1 000 m depth mine shaft in Huainan Pansan Mine,No.4-1 outburst seam should be opened.Before the seam opened,apilot gas released and gas drainage technology was applied.At the location with different distance to the seam roof,several gas releasing were conducted in order to make the gas content reduced to a safety scope and finally the construction was successfully passed through the seam.The paper briefly introduced the early preparation work of the seam opening,the seam opening construction technology and the safety technical measures of the seam opening construction.
