带式输送机在立井混凝土输送中的改造应用

Reconstruction and Application of Belt Conveyor to Concrete Conveying in Mine Shaft

凤凰山铁矿副井使用底卸式吊桶下放混凝土浇筑井壁过程中,在井口地面利用带式输送机将混凝土输送到底卸式吊桶内,使用过程中存在一些不实用的地方。如混凝土下料口漏灰;输送带清扫装置不方便调整;井口有2个以上吊桶接料时,需来回挪动输送机放料,费时费力费料,劳动强度大,并存在安全隐患。为此,设计制作了旋转式下料斗和刮板式弹簧清扫器,解决了上述问题,收到了预期效果。

During the concrete poured shaft liner with the bottom-dump kibbles in the mine auxiliary shaft of Fenghuangshan Iron Mine,at the surface ground of the mine shaft,a belt conveyor was applied to convey the concrete into the bottom-dump kibbles and some unpractical points existed in the process.Such as the concrete leakages were occurred at the outlet of the concrete hopper as well as the sweeper device of the conveyor was inconveniently adjusted.When there were over 2 kibbles to be feed at the surface ground of the mine shaft,the conveyor would have to move right and left for the concrete feeding.The feeding would be a time taking,great effort and material cost with high labor intensity and a potential safety danger.Therefore,a rotary feeding hopper and the scraper type spring sweeper were designed and manufactured and could solve the above problems with the expected effect.
