摘要
马城铁矿1号主井深810.3 m。井筒落底后,对井筒进行临时改绞,在井筒内布置1对1.5t单层双车罐笼,每个罐笼采用4根钢丝绳作为导向罐道,使用LGS-Z/20型罐道绳张力监控系统对罐道绳张力进行检测和调整,收到了很好的效果。该监控系统的成功应用,实现了张力调整操作自动化,简化了以往调整罐道绳张力繁琐的程序,大大减小了张力调整工作量和安全风险,使操作更加简单可靠,确保了罐笼平稳、高速、安全运行,提高了矿井提升的高效性及安全性。该监控系统值得在冶金、煤炭等行业立井井筒临时改绞和矿井永久装备中推广使用。
A depth of No.1 Mine Main Shaft in Macheng Iron Mine was 810.3m.When the mine shaft sinking reached at the bottom of the mine shaft,a temporary changed to winch system was conducted in the mine shaft.In the mine shaft,there was a pair of 1.5t single layer double-car cage and each cage would apply 4 steel ropes as the cage guide.A LGS-Z/20 mode cage guide steel rope tension monitoring and control system was applied to detect and adjust the tension of the guide steel rope and a good effect was obtained.The successful application of the monitoring and control system realized the automated operation of the tension adjustment,could simplify the previous complicated procedure to adjust the tension of the guide steel rope,could highly reduce the tension adjustment work load and safety risk,could make the operation simple and reliable,could ensure a stable,high speed and safety operation of the cage and could increase the high efficiency and safety of the mine hoisting.The monitoring and control system would have the value to be promoted and applied to the temporary changed to winch and mine permanent equipment of the mine shaft in the metallurgy,coal and other industry.
