北京城市养老设施空间分布与中心城区设施建设供给数据分析

An Analysis of the Spatial Distribution and Demand-Supply Relation of Care Facilities for the Elderly in the Central Urban Area of Beijing

汇集分析北京市794所养老设施数据及其空间分布的地域、价格、类型特征,从北京市中心城区养老设施建设可持续发展的角度,结合北京城市养老服务设施专项规划等提出了相关政策和中心城区养老设施需求与建设供给的建议。

Based on the data of facilities for the elderly from 794 sites, this paper studies the characteristics of spatial distribution, prices and categories of these facilities. From the perspective of sustainable development of these facilities in Beijing＇s central urban area, it suggests on related policies and supply-demand relation of facilities for the elderly in the central urban area, taking into account the Specialized Planning of Facilities for the Elderly in Beijing.
