日本复合型养老设施建设策划与设计研究

A Study on the Programming and Design of Multifunctional Care Facilities for the Elderly in Japan

基于日本养老设施的基本特点,简述了日本高龄人口介护体系与养老设施分类,分析其养老设施建设策划与设计建造流程,并从复合型养老设施的设计分类、功能空间与布局、护理单元设计,以及专用建材与介护产品设计等方面进行了系统性研究,最后对复合型养老设施典型案例进行了解析。

Based on the fundamental characteristics of care facilities for the elderly in Japan, this paper briefly introduces the nursing care system for people at an advanced age and the categories of the facilities. It analyzes the programming, design and construction processes of these facilities, and closely studies the design types, functional layout, design of care unit, special materials and design of nursing care products, etc. It ends with analyses of typical cases of multifunctional care facifities.
