摘要
不溶性硫磺学名为硫的均聚物,简称IS,是一种优秀的橡胶硫化剂,目前已成为生产高质量子午线轮胎的专用硫化剂。本文采用低温熔融法生产不溶性硫磺,在研究不溶性硫的稳定性和不溶性硫磺含量的过程中,采用单因素法确定了较适宜的反应温度、反应时间和淬冷效果较好的淬冷液浓度。通过实验得出反应温度在320℃,保温时间2 h,淬火液采用HNO_3-FeCl_3酸性体系,HNO_3浓度2%、FeCl_3浓度0.8%,可得到不溶性硫含量95%以上的高品位不溶性硫磺产品。
Sulfur homopolymer is scientific name of insoluble sulfur referred to IS. It is an excellent vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry. It has become an exclusively vulcanizing agent for production of meridional tyre. In this paper, the production of low-temperature melting method insoluble sulfur. In the study of the stability and content of insoluble sulfur, using a single-factor method to determine the optimum reaction temperature, the concentration of quenching liquid, through experiments optimum reaction temperature is 320 ℃, holding time is 2 h, using HNO3-FeCl3 acidic liquid system as quenching liquid, the concentration of HNO3 is 2 %, the concentration of FeCl3 is 0.8 %, obtained the content of insoluble sulfur 95 % or more high-grade insoluble sulfur product.
