摘要 烟机是催化裂化装置的重要设备,一般与主风机串联构成三机组运行模式。烟机切断蝶阀是保障烟机运行的关键联锁阀门,该阀若出现故障,直接影响主风机组运行,极易造成装置再生器瞬间超压,主风机组喘振,装置切断进料,后果十分严重。本文主要对茂名某催化裂化装置烟机入口切断阀控制机构在使用过程中经常出现的控制不稳定、锁位不可靠、电机频繁启停等突发故障的现象、原因进行了详细分析,并对烟机切断蝶阀的控制机构提出了一系列的改造意见,保障了切断阀的运行安全可靠。 The exhaust gas turbine is important equipment for FCC unit. It is generally connected with the main fan to form three units. The shutoff butterfly valve is a key interlock valve to ensure the operation of the exhaust gas turbine. If this valve failure will directly affect the fam operation, it can cause the regeneration to overpressure quickly and main fan surges. Finally, the device be forced to cut off. The consequences are very serious. This paper mainly analyzes the phenomena and causes of sudden failure of the control mechanism of the maiming some FCC cut off butterfly valve in the process of use .Contemporary, Series of modification are proposed for the control mechanism of the butterfly valve, Ensuring the shutoff butterfly valve safety and reliably.
