Sealing theory, influence factors of O-ring sealing effect and principle of O-rings groove design are introduced. By applying sealing theory and design principle, the structure of a vent valve is improved and tested, the results show that the sealing effect of vent valve sealed with O-ring is excellent, the reliability of the system is improved.
