摘要
为了达到环保要求,信源电厂1-3#燃煤锅炉(3×410 t/h)采用选择性催化还原烟气脱硝工艺,处理烟气中的氮氧化物。脱硝还原剂采用液氨,SCR反应器催化剂按3+1模式进行布置,即初装3层预留1层。竣工完成后,脱硝装置运行稳定,脱硝效率高达91%。
111 order to meet the environmental requirements, the 1-3 # coal boiler (3 ×410 t/h) of Xinyuan power plant adopts selective catalytic reduction of the flue gas denitrification technology to reduce NOx in the smoke. The denitrifying reducing agent is liquid ammonia. The catalyst of the SCR reactor is arranged in 3+1 mode, which the catalyst is installed in the top three layers and the bottom layer is reserved. After completion, the denitrification device is stable and the denitration efficiency is up to 91%.
