摘要
本文针对来自古菌的纤维素酶做了一定的研究。从酶解温度、PH值、酶用量及酶解应时间,通过DNS法,考查了四个因素对棉纤维降解的影响。结果表明:这种纤维素酶在pH值为10,酶用量为1.5 m L/g,酶解温度为60℃,酶解时间为1.5 h时对棉纤维的降解效果最佳。
Studies can be done about Cellulase from Archaea. By DNS method, four single factor(reaction temperature, pH, enzyme dosage, reaction time) effects of cotton degradation was investigated. The results show that, using reducing sugar density as standard, when system pH is 10 and using enzyme dosage is 1.5 mL/g, it was reacted in 60 degree for 1.5 hours with high reducing sugar density.
