墓头回中挥发油成分提取工艺优化过程研究

摘要 目的:探讨中药墓头回中挥发油成分提取工艺优化条件。方法:分别通过提取溶剂,提取方法,提取时间,料液比等单因素考察其对墓头回中挥发油成分提取量的影响。并采用紫外可见光谱法、气相色谱法、高效液相色谱质谱联用法对墓头回中挥发油成分进行定性分析。结果:墓头回中挥发油成分在以正庚烷为溶剂、料液比为4︰1、回流3小时提取成分有效含量最高,且成分较为复杂,含有柠檬烯,龙脑,β-蒎烯等挥发油成分。结论:通过提取工艺优化条件得到墓头回提取物中柠檬烯,龙脑,β-蒎烯等挥发油成分较为合理的提取工艺。 Objective: the optimum condition of extraction process for volatile oil in Patrinia heterophylla was explored. Methods: The influence of extraction method, extraction time, solvent ratio of materials and other factors on the extraction efficiency of volatile oil in Patrinia heterophylla was investigated respectively. The cornponents of volatile oil in Patrinia heterophylla were analyzed qualitatively by Ultraviolet Visible spectrometry, Gas Chromatography and HPLC-MS. Results More volatile oil components can be acquired in Patrinia heterophylla by n-heptane as extract solvent, and materials-solvent ratio of 4:1, reflux extraction for 3 hours The composition of volatile oil is complicated, containing the limonene, borneol, β-pinene volatile oil components, etc. Conclusion: the optimized extraction process of limonene, longbrain, β-pinene and other volatile oil components was obtained appropriately.
