五加皮中草药活性成分紫丁香苷提取工艺研究

Optimization of Extracting Process for the Syringoside in Cortex Acanthopanacis

目的:建立五加皮中活性成分紫丁香苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过溶剂回流、超声提取法以及索氏提取法,分别控制反应时间、液料比、溶剂等单因素实验考察其对五加皮中活性成分提取率的影响。结果:五加皮中草药活性成分最佳提取工艺为:丙酮为溶剂、液料比6︰1、回流6小时提取率最高。结论:该方法简单易行,灵敏可靠,经济适用,重复性好,为五加皮中草药中提取活性成分紫丁香苷的提供了一个简单易行的方法。

Objective To establish a determination method of extracting process from cortex acanthopanacis by HPLC. Methods Through altering extraction process conditions by single factor test to investigate the extraction effect of active components in cortex acanthopanacis. Results The optimum process conditions are reflux extraction with acetone, liquid-solid ratio of 6 ： 1, reflux, 6 hours. Conclusion： Methodology examination indicated this optimized process is simple, stable, feasible and reliable, suitable for mass production of the active component syringoside.
