A Method for Detection of the Density of Emulsion Explosive

文章提出了一种现场快速检测乳化炸药密度的方法。使用该方法可以方便检测乳化炸药药卷的密度。经测试和比较,乳化炸药药卷密度检测时间可由原来的300 s缩短至20 s,检测结果的误差比标准中提出方法低,使用这种方法还可以提高工作效率、减少工作量。

By analyzing on normal testing methods, a new idea for testing emulsion explosive and density of emulsion matrix was developed. Compared with other methods, the testing cycle of emulsion matrix＇s density was shortened from 300 s to 20 s. By this idea, the error of detection results is lower than the China national standard ＂Emulsion explosives＂ , the new idea can also improve the work efficiency and reduce the workload.
