摘要
比较了常用的有机废气处理方法,探讨了采用紫外-生物降解联合工艺技术处理树脂厂生产过程中产生的有机废气。结果表明:紫外-生物降解联合工艺技术处理大流量、低浓度VOCs具有处理效果好、投资和运行费用低、无二次污染的优点。处理后废气中甲苯浓度小于40 mg/m^3,达到广东省地方标准DB44/27-2001《大气污染物排放限值》第二时段二级排放标准。
The means of dispose exhaust gas are compared; the application of Combined Ultraviolet-Biodegradable technology is investigated for organic exhaust gas dispose during the production of resin plant. The results showed that: Combined Ultraviolet-Biodegradable technology can treat large volumes of low concentration VOCs and have the advantages of high efficiency, lower investment and running cost, and less generation of secondary pollution. After treatment, the concentration of toluene in the exhaust gas is less than 40 mg/m3 to meet the second period of the secondary emission standard of the local standard DB44/27-2001 《atmospheric pollutant emission limit》 in Guangdong province.
