摘要 在石油化工生产中,管壳式换热器应用十分广泛。它是设计技术最完善、标准化和规范化历史最悠久以及计算机程序软件开发最早的换热设备。本文系统的介绍了管壳式换热器的分类和选用,并针对HTRI软件,分析了换热器的工艺设计过程。最后通过实例,简单地介绍了利用HTRI软件进行管壳式换热器工艺设计。 In petrochemical production, shell and tube heat exchanger was widely used. It was the most complete design technology, standardization and normalization of the oldest and the computer program software development of the earliest heat transfer equipment. This paper introduced the classification and selection of shell and tube heat exchanger, and according to HTRI software, the process design of heat exchanger was analyzed. In the end, it was briefly introduced by practical example that the process design of shell and tube heat exchanger was carried out using HTRI software.
