微波消解ICP-MS测定大米中的钡

摘要 采用微波消解法对大米标准物质及实际样品进行处理。利用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定了样品中金属元素钡的含量。结果表明,该方法测定钡的加标回收率为91.0%~94.2%,含量在证书值范围内并有较好的精密度和准确度。可为大米中钡元素含量的分析检测提供参考。 Microwave digestion method was used to deal with rice of reference materials and actual samples. ICP-MS was used for the determination of the content of metal element of barium in samples. The contents of metal elements for reference materials in the digestion method was analyzed. The results showed that microwave digestion method recoveries rate were 91.0 %-94.2 %. The measured values of the element were within the range provided by the certificate and the element had good precision and accuracy. It can provide reference for analysis and detection of barium in rice.
