教师科研在生物技术专业开放型项目实验中的应用

摘要 为了适应社会对高级应用型生物技术人才的需求,对该专业传统实验教学内容进行了更新,在学生综合实训实验中采用了开放型项目实验教学,并将教师科研引入其中,将教师教学和科研结合进行。本文介绍了来源于教师科研项目的实验题目"含查尔酮肟醚结构的黄酮衍生物的的合成、分析及抗氧化活性"在学生开放型项目实验教学中的应用,该实验操作性强、覆盖知识面广,实验效果较好,不仅可以培养学生的创新能力和综合应用能力,而且可以减轻教师繁重的工作压力,极大地调动教师的工作热情和积极性。 The contents of traditional experimental teaching have been updated in order to meet the needs of the society for advanced applied biotechnology talents. Open project experimental teaching is used in students' comprehensive training experiments. Teachers' teaching is combined with scientific research by using teachers" research project as students" open project experimental topic. The topic "synthesis and antioxidative activities of flavone derivative containing chalcone oxime ether structure", which is from teacher" research project, is used in open project experimental teaching. The experiment has strong operability and wide range of knowledge. The experiment result is good. It not only can train students' innovative ability and comprehensive application ability, but also relieve teachers' heavy work pressure and greatly arouse their enthusiasm and optimism for work.
