大学生自主学习能力与创新能力的协同培养——以大学生创新创业训练计划为例 被引量:4

摘要 大学生创新创业训练计划是以学生为主体的新型教育方式,学生在训练过程中自主发现问题、解决问题,从而提高学生的协同创新能力。在训练过程中,自主学习能力和创新能力的培养至关重要,是完成训练计划的有力保障。自主学习能力与创新能力的培养又是相辅相成,相互促进的。本文根据指导大学生创新训练的切身体会,就学生自主学习能力与创新能力的协同培养进行探讨,以提高学生的协同创新能力。 National Training Programs of Innovation and Entrepreneurship for Undergraduates is a new approach to education. The ability of students for synergy innovation would be enhanced by the experience of finding and solving problems during the training process. Cultivation of the autonomous learning and innovation ability of student of the students is crucial for the accomplishment of the training program. These two abilities promote and supplement each other. The cooperative cultivation of autonomous learning and innovation ability was discussed in this study to improve the cooperative innovation ability of students, based on their personal experiences in the National Training Programs of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
