摘要
采用电化学沉积的方法制备了氧化锆修饰玻碳电极,并用于抗癌药物甲氨蝶呤的循环伏安法测定。在优化的实验条件下,甲氨蝶呤的氧化峰电流与其浓度在5.5×10^(-7)~3.7×10^(-4)mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程Ip(μA)=1.021+0.05008CMTX,相关系数r=0.9981。该方法具有方法简单、快速、环境友好等优点。
Zirconium oxide modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by electrodeposition method, and used for the determination of methotrexate (MTX) by cyclic voltammetry. Under the conditions for optimization, the peak current of MTX is linear relationship with its concentration in the range of 5.5 × 10-7 - 1.2× 10 -4 mol/L The linear regression equation is Ip(A)=1.021-0.05008 C MTX with a correlation coefficient of 0.9981. The method has advantage of simple, fast, environmentally friendly and so on.
