V字型永磁转子IPMSM饱和磁场分析及电感参数计算 被引量:2

摘要 针对内置式永磁同步电动机(IPMSM)在运行过程中受磁路饱和与磁路交叉耦合影响,导致电机电感参数随运行工况不同而变化,使电机控制性能下降等问题,采用Maxwell 2D电磁场有限元分析软件对V字型永磁转子IPMSM内部饱和磁场进行仿真分析,并利用静态磁场能够自动冻结磁导率的优势对考虑磁路饱和与磁路交叉耦合的电机交、直轴电感进行了精确计算。仿真实验表明电机带载运行时,受磁路交叉耦合的影响,电机内部磁场发生畸变,交、直轴电感值随磁路饱和程度的增大而减小。研究结果为该类电机的优化设计、性能分析和有效控制提供了理论依据和参考。 The internal saturation magnetic field of IPMSM with V permanent magnet rotor is simulated and analyzed by the electromagnetic field finite element analysis software, Maxwell 2D. For the problems that the inductances of IPMSM vary with different running conditions and the motor control performance declines because of magnetic saturation and cross- coupling. The d, q-axis inductances are calculated accurately considering magnetic saturation and cross-coupling by use of the advantage that static magnetic field can freeze permeability automatically. The simulation experiments show that the internal magnetic field of motor is distorted because of the magnetic cross-coupling and d, q-axis inductances are reducing with the increase of magnetic saturation degree. The research results provide theory basis and reference for the optimal designing, performance analyzing and effective control of this kind motors.
