摘要
本文应用PLC和触摸屏技术设计了大型天然气热浸镀锌炉的点火与温度控制系统。以欧姆龙CP1L型PLC为控制核心,欧姆龙触摸屏为人机接口,设计了简单直观,便于操作的控制系统界面。该控制系统保证了热浸镀锌炉工作的可靠性,提高了工作效率。
This paper introduces the application of PLC and touch screen technology to design the ignition and temperature control system for large scale natural gas furnace in hot dip galvanizing. OMRON PLC type CP1L as the control core, OMRON touch screen as the human-machine interface ( HMI ), a simple, intuitive and easy to operate control system is designed. The control system ensures the reliability of the hot-dip galvanizing furnace, and improves working efficiency.
