哈密市"十二五"碘缺乏病防治效果评价

The control effect evaluation of iodine deficiency disorders in the Twelve FiveYear plan period at Hami area

目的评价哈密市"十二五"碘缺乏病防治效果目标完成情况。为进一步完善哈密地区碘缺乏病防治策略,提供科学依据。方法采取查阅哈密市卫生管理机构、疾控部门、盐务等部门资料与现场考核相结合的评估方式,对政府领导、碘缺乏病防治领导小组相关部门协作和加强对于碘缺乏病防治监测防治工作措施落实情况。结果经综合评估达到"十二五"《规划》目标,其中在组织领导、碘盐管理、监测与防治、健康教育4方面评价得分均达到95分及以上;技术指标:居民合格碘盐食用率达到97.59%,8-10岁儿童尿碘含量中位数为202 ug/L,尿碘含量低于50ug/L的比例为1.13%,低于不超过20%的标准。孕妇尿碘中位数为159.5ug/L。结论哈密市完成了"十二五"规划,达到持续消除碘缺乏病目标。

Objective Evaluation of Hami area ＂12th Five-Year＂ target completion.Evaluation the targets of elimination iodine deficiency disorders at in the Twelve-Five-Year plan period at Hami area. Methods The evaluation take access information and field survey assessment under the leadership of the government the department collaboration and devote much attention to monitoring and control measures of iodine deficiency disorders. Results Reached the elimination iodine deficiency disorders in the Twelve-Five-Year the objectives of the plan period at Hami area. The scoring average achieved or above 95 points in the Organizational leadership, Management of iodized salt, Monitoring and prevention and Health education. The technical requirements of the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt is 95.79 %; Median urinary iodine concentration is 202.0ug/L in 8-10 years children, urinary iodine content of less than 50ug/L isl.13 %, below the standard of smaller than 20% ;Median urinary iodine concentration is 159.5ug/L of pregnant women. Conclusions Completed the Twelve-Five-Year plan and achieved target sustainable elimination of iodine deficiency disorders at Hami area.
