2011-2016年龙海市布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析

Analysis of monitoring results of brucellosis in longhai from 2011 to 2016

目的了解龙海市人间布鲁氏菌病感染情况,分析布鲁氏菌病危险因素,保证龙海市养殖业、乳肉加工业的健康发展,为制定相关的制度及办法,提供科学依据。方法对从事畜牧业及畜产品生产、加工及销售的人群抽样调查,询问病史、应用血清学与流行病学方法对高危人群进行布鲁氏菌病调查和检测。结果2011-2016年龙海市布鲁氏菌病高危人群数量较大,全市报告病例38例,无死亡病例,血清学检测阳性63份,血清检测阳性率2.83%,感染者男性多于女性,主要是农村养猪户。结论龙海市布病疫情仍较严重,发展迅速,应加强传染源的管理控制,继续加强人间布病监测,深入开展对重点人群进行宣传教育和行为干预。

Objective Getting the city＇s human brucellosis infection situation, analyzing brucellosis risk factor, to ensure the healthy development of the city aquaculture, milk and meat processing industry, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of related systems and methods. Methods Methods of population sample survey history, medical history inquiry as well as the applying of serological and epidemiological is used to the high-risk populations of brucellosis who engaged in production, processing and marketing parts in animal husbandry and livestock industry for the investigation and detection datas. Results：From 2011 to 2016, the whole Longhai city reported case of brucellosis is 38, none deaths, 63 pieces of positive serological testing results, the sera positive rate is2.83%. Male is more infected than female who is mainly rural support pig household. Conclusion Longhai brucellosis epidemic is still serious and develop rapidly, therefore the government should strengthen management control sources of infection, continue to strengthen brucellosis monitoring, focus on the education and behavioral intervention among target population.
