鄂州市梁子镇一起化学性食物中毒事件的调查报告

Investigation Report on Chemical Food Poisoning Incident in Liangzi Town of Ezhou City

目的了解鄂州市梁子镇发生一起因食用饮食摊售卖的油饼和鸡柳而导致食物中毒事件。方法依据流行病学调查、现场卫生学调查、临床症状以及实验室检验。结果 20人食用,11人发病,罹患率为55.00%。结论证实为将呋喃丹当作食品原料引起的化学性食物中毒事件。

Objective To understanf the food poisoning caused by oil cake and chicken in Yizi town of Ezhou City. Methods Based on epidemiological survey,on-site hygiene survey,cinical symptoms and laboratory test results. Results surveyed 20 people ,11 people were sick, the incidence rate was 55%. Conclusion It is confirmed that According to epidemiological survey, on-site hygiene survey, clinical symptom and Laboratory tests, confirmed to be carbofuran is regarded as a chemical food poisoning caused by food raw materials.
