谢强教授升阳祛霾针灸法治疗眼肌型重症肌无力

Experience of Professor Xie Qiang in Treating Myasthenia Gravis of Ocular Type with Acupuncture of Benefiting Yang for Removing Haze

目的观察谢强教授升阳祛霾针灸法治疗眼肌型重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法将60例脾胃气虚型眼肌型重症肌无力患者,随机分为治疗组(升阳祛霾针灸法)及对照组(吡啶斯的明片),共观察7d。结果治疗组30例患者中,显效22例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组30例患者中,显效15例,有效6例,无效9例,总有效率70.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论升阳祛霾针灸法能有效地激发并振奋全身之阳气,治疗由脾胃失养所致的眼肌型重症肌无力疗效确切,值得在临床上进一步研究推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Professor Xie Qiang in treating myasthenia gravis of ocular type with acupuncture of benefiting yang for removing haze. Methods 60 cases of patients who were lack of spleen qi with myasthenia gravis of ocular type were randomly divided into treatment group（ acupuncture of benefiting yang for removing haze） and the control group（ pyridostigmine bromide tablets）,and both groups were observed for seven days. Results There were 22 cases who achieved obvious effect,7 cases who had effect,1 case who had no effect in the treatment group of 30 cases,thus the total effective rate was 96. 7%. However there were 15 cases who achieved obvious effect,6 cases who had effect,9 cases who had no effect in the control group of 30 cases,thus the total effective rate was only 70%. There was significant difference in the two groups（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Acupuncture of benefiting yang for removing haze can effectively motivate and excite yang qi of the body,and there is obvious effect using this methods to treat the patients with myasthenia gravis of ocular type caused by spleen and stomach not working together,therefore this method is worth popularizing in further clinical research.
