中药药浴治疗维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症疗效分析

Analysis on the Effect of Chinese Herb Medicated Bath in the Treatment of Cutaneous Pruritus of Maintenance Hemodialysis

目的探索研究中药药浴对维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症的治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年10月—2017年3月收治的合并皮肤瘙痒症的60例行维持性血液透析治疗的患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组患者采用1%炉甘石洗剂进行治疗,观察组采用中药药浴进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组29例患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒症有所好转,治疗总有效率为96.7%;对照组23例患者治疗后皮肤瘙痒症状有所好转,治疗总有效率为76.7%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组(χ~2=5.19,P=0.023)。结论采用中药药浴对维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒症治疗效果良好,能够明显缓解患者症状,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herb medicated bath in the treatment of cutaneous pruritus of maintenance hemodialysis. Method 60 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis from October 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with1% calamine lotion. The observation group was treated with Chinese herb medicated bath. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,29 had improvement,and the total effective rate was 96. 7%. In the control group,23patients＇ symptoms had improved,and the total effective rate was 76. 7%. The observation group was better than the control group（ χ2=5. 19,P = 0. 023）. Conclusion Chinese herb medicated bath in the treatment of cutaneous pruritus of maintenance hemodialysis has better curative effect,can significantly relieve symptoms,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
