苍龟探穴刺法联合康复训练对脑卒中患者神经功能的影响

Effect of Canggui Exploring Point Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Neurological Function in Patients with Stroke

目的探究苍龟探穴刺法联合康复训练对脑卒中患者运动功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2016年8月郑州市中医院脑卒中患者68例,依据治疗方案不同分两组,各34例。对照组施行康复训练,治疗组于对照组基础上予以苍龟探穴刺法治疗。疗程结束后,观察两组治疗效果,并对比治疗前后两组运动功能(FMA)、日常生活能力(Barthel)及生活质量(SSQOL)。结果治疗组治疗有效率为85.29%(29/34),高于对照组的61.76%(21/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,治疗组治疗后Barthel、FMA、SS-QOL评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者予以苍龟探穴刺法配合康复训练治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,有助于改善患者运动功能,提高日常生活能力及生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Canggui exploring point acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on motor function and daily living ability of patients with stroke. Methods From January 2014 to August 2016,68 patients with stroke in Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the different treatment plan,and each group had 34 cases.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was treated with Canggui exploring point acupuncture on the basis of the control group. At the end of treatment,curative effect was observed between the two groups,and motor function（ FMA）,daily living ability（ Barthel） and quality of life（ SS-QOL） were compared. Results The effective rate in the study group was 85. 29%（ 29/34） which was higher than61. 76%（ 21/34） of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Comparing with the control group,the Barthel,FMA and SS-QOL scores in the study group were higher after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Canggui exploring point acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of stroke can improve the therapeutic effect,the motor function,the daily living ability and quality of life.
