黄体酮注射液联合中药治疗早期先兆流产35例

Progesterone Injection Combined with Chinese Herbal Medicine in the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion 35 cases

目的探讨黄体酮注射液联合中药治疗早期先兆流产的疗效观察。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月在金山区中西医结合医院就诊的70例早期先兆流产的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组35例,采取黄体酮注射液治疗,观察组35例,在对照组的基础上使用中药治疗,比较两组患者临床有效率。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早期先兆流产患者采取黄体酮注射液联合中药治疗可以明显提高患者的临床有效率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect of progesterone injection combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of early threatened abortion. Methods 70 cases of patients with early threatened abortion from January 2016 to January 2017 in Jinshan Hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group of35 cases took corpus luteum progesterone injection treatment,and the patients in the experimental group used Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group. The clinical effective rate was compared. Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The progesterone injection combined with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of early threatened abortion can significantly improve the clinical effective rate,and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
