通络扶正汤配合生物反馈对卒中后偏瘫患者神经功能的影响

Effects of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction Combined with Biofeedback on Neurological Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的探究肌电生物反馈疗法与通络扶正汤加减联合对脑卒中后偏瘫患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取郑州市中医院2014年7月—2016年9月脑卒中后偏瘫患者83例,建档顺序分组,对照组41例予以通络扶正汤加减治疗,研究组42例予以肌电生物反馈疗法与通络扶正汤加减联合治疗,两组均持续治疗8周。统计比较两组临床效果,分析比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损程度(NIHSS)及生活质量评分。结果两组治疗前NIHSS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗4周、8周后NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经秩和检验,研究组临床效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生活质量评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肌电生物反馈疗法与通络扶正汤加减联合治疗脑卒中后偏瘫患者效果显著,可有效促进其神经功能恢复,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of EMG biofeedback therapy combined with modified Tongluo Fuzheng decoction on neurological function and quality of life in post-stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods From July 2014 to September 2016,83 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia in Zhengzhou Hospital of TCM were divided into control group（ n = 41） and study group（ n = 42） according to the file order. The control group was treated with modified Tongluo Fuzheng decoction,and the study group was treated with EMG biofeedback therapy and modified Tongluo Fuzheng decoction. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical effects of two groups were statistically compared,and neurological deficits（ NIHSS） and quality of life scores before and after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,and the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant by rank sum test（ P〈0. 05）. The quality of life score of the study group was higher than those of the control group after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion EMG biofeedback therapy combined with modified Tongluo Fuzheng decoction in the treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia got a significant effect,which can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function and improve the quality of life.
